1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to:

A. Local Shipping (Lebanon)

We deliver across all regions within Lebanon, including Beirut and surrounding areas.

B. International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability depends on courier service coverage and customs regulations.

If international delivery is not available for your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted after placing the order.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location, package weight, and courier rates.

A. Local Shipping Fees (Lebanon)

  • FREE Delovery

B. International Shipping Fees

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated to you after order confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.

  • International Orders are shipping with Aramex

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Lebanon).

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the courier for delivery.

During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.

A. Local Delivery (Lebanon)

Estimated delivery time: 1 to 5 business days

  • Beirut: usually 1–2 business days

  • Outside Beirut / rural areas: usually 2–5 business days

B. International Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.

International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance procedures.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation message/email including tracking information (if available).

Tracking availability depends on the courier used.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections (international orders)

  • National holidays or closures

  • Force majeure events

Kynetik Sports is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, Kynetik Sports will not be liable, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise.

  • Customers are solely responsible for paying any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs.
